I agree with DavidJM - it is a 'River' Class, built by Yarrow. See here for a very good picture of TEVIOT.

Of the 6 Yarrow Rivers, GALA was sunk in 1908, GARRY served in Home waters and the Med, TEVIOT remained in Home waters, while RIBBLE, USK and WELLAND went to China in 1911 then to the Dardanelles after the fall of Tsing-tao. They stayed in the Med until the end of the war. This suggests your photo is one of these three.
