UNIDENTIFIED P&O LINER = STRATHAIRD

UNIDENTIFIED P&O LINER = STRATHAIRD

Unidentified P&O 3-funnelled liner. Can anyone name the ship and the port and the approximate date??

Looks like the STRATHNAVER, according to the name on her stern (the only other choice would be STRATHAIRD, but I don't think it's her.) Photo would be pre-War -- she was converted to one funnel after that.

This photo is really much smaller than we recommend (a minimum of 800, while this is only 500 wide.) Is there any chance you could post a larger version of this?

Hi Rich,

It is STRATHAIRD. Same photo already posted and the names is readable. Not a clue as far as port is concerned.
