The one on the right is one of Sea-Land's ships, no idea on the tanker on the left. In the Panama Canal in the late 1960s - early 1970s.

It looks to me that the funnel is yellow at the bottom and blue at the top.

Yep, Unlike their passo boats the Chandris tankers and freighters had the yellow.... I don't know if they had the white stripes back then or not. http://www.shipsnostalgia.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/124081/ppuser/11313

Yes Cisco, they had in earlier years white bands also. Its def. not Dona Rita (II), the superstructure is different and the white bands on this one are missing, so maybe Astra is right for Goulandris.

It looks like one of the Andros tankers, "Andros Island" funnel was yellow at the bottom blue at the top with a white star.
