I arrived in Suva shortly after she sank. This is a picture of one of her hatch lids just above the water.
A sad sight, not a good end for a nice little container ship.
I can remember being down at the Taranaki St Terminal when she first arrived in Wellington. Very nice lines for a container ship Her memory lives on as her forward container crane now sits on the Milburn Carrier II.
