I think this is United Baltic Corporation's Baltrover built in 1949 at Frederikstad as Marstenen and acquired in 1950. Sold in 1968 and renamed Angelos P she became Angel Bell in 1974 and as such caught fire off Iran on 17 February 1976 and sank the following day.

I have a picture of her and the likeness is spot on. But I'd never have got it myself.
