unknown cruiseship - yacht in 1904 - Greece?

Hello again.
on the backside of this photo it is dated back to 1904.
I guess the picture is taken in Greece.
But what ship is that.
Does the tender belong to her?

This was a fairly old steamer even in 1904: clipper bow, schooner rig, whaleback fo'c'sle, with pass. saloon aft built perhaps late 1870's/80's. Looks c200' length <1000grt. Possibly built NW Europe and acquired 2nd hand for Med. service. Evidently calling briefly to embark/disembark deck passengers. Would help if location could be identified. Big building in background and cliffs might be a clue?

I believe that this is a regular passenger ferry, not a cruiseship.
Due to the lack of port facilities, back then the ferries were anchoring offshore and launches and boats were coming from the island to transport the passengers and the cargo back and forth.
The size and design of this ship reminds me of a pair of greek ferries of that time, namely PANELLINION and OMONOIA. Both build around 1860 in England, PANELLINION was sunk in ww1 and OMONOIA sailed under various names until 1932!

I agree with Jim, Zakynthos both fits the cliffs as well as the "cosmopolitan" view of the ladies with the umbrella in the boat...
