That is the pilot station in Colombo (corrected name): https://www.awm.gov.au/collection/C3767 And the Brigantine is of a sort mainly confined to the Gulf of Mannar and the south coast of India.

Colombo of course, as in the link. I am perhaps acquiring dyslexia in old age. I have a picture that may show the same ship entering Colombo harbour on another occasion, this dated 1938, but she is not given a name..

A rather 'un exotic' vessel. Cut down for sure. I was more interested in finding what lighthouse. The very unpainted vessel should have given the clue.

No ratlines, at least not above above foresail yard, the crew must have had strong toes... or perhaps not that strong and ashamed of it, and that is the reason why they cut her down? I think climbing up to a royal yard without ratlines would have been a feat.
