That, I think, is the 'Commandant Quere', built by J. I. Thornycroft, Southampton in 1948 for Marseille-Corsica service.
Owned by the French Government and operated by the CGT.
4,401GT, 363' x 50', DRG turbines, twin screw, 15 1/2 knots.
204 1st, 146 3rd, 644 4th.

Scrapped 1968.
