Is that the Helicopter that hangs aroung with "Thomas The Tank Engine" ?!!!!!!!!!!

Well it is a tanker no doubt...with a very casual approach to OH&S...can't imagine the crew loitering around with a helicopter above or near these days.

Isn't this the Las Palmas helicopter delivering stores? Errrr, that is before it crashed onto the deck of an Esso tanker in the 1970's, much to the chagrin of the crew, and they decided to abandon the service?
The ship looks VLCC size from the manifold reducer sizes & flush fo'c's'le. Anglo Nordic colouring? or is that just oil all over the deck??

Well I think you are all correct, The vessel I have since discovered was either the Nordic Commander or Clansman definately VLCC. It was the Las Palmas copter, I remember because I departed on it. Furthermore, remembering the amount of boose consumed on those ships, ( it was someones birthday every day!) I should think the whole stores delivery was alchohol!!

Its the "Commander", after side of the masts painted black at the request of Capt Ernie Warman
