Hi,
difficult to say which one she is, but in fact a light cruiser of the FIJI-class. Maybe it could be GAMBIA or MAURITIUS, because they had those platforms in front of the superstructure (over the second artillery tower).

The photo shows a Minotaur-class cruiser - either SUPERB or ONTARIO - rather than a Fiji-class ship. The two barrage directors in front of a square-faced bridge, with a Mk VI HA.DCT to starboard, make these two ships distinctive.
