But... sorry, please, let me make a small correction to your anyway complete and exhaustive caption: the name of the owning company was SITMAR an acronym for "Societa` Italiana Trasporti Marittimi" ( Lit. transl. "Italian Company for Maritime Transportations"
and not "Societa` Italiana Transporti Marittima" which is orthographically and grammatically wrong in Italian.
