This is the little tug VIKHAVN in Kristiansand S, Norway. Image is taken with a mobile phone (only 1,3 megapixles), but the weather was beautiful, the tug looked good, and I unfortunately didn't have my camera.... Vikhavn was built in Kristiansund N in 1970.
