Built by Wilton Fijenoord, Schiedam, Netherlands, Yard No. 765. Launched 10/01/1959, Completed August 1959.
IMO No. 5383043. Callsign PIHD.
Loa 170.41m, Beam 21.16m, Draught 9.07m. 12,223 Gross Tons, 18,399 DWT.
Burmeister & Wain Diesel Engine, 8,750 HP, Speed 14.75 Kts.
(1959-1970 for Stoomvaart Mij Rotterdam (K.R.L.), on charter to Shell Tankers N.V).
Transferred (1970-1978 to Holland Bulk Transport , on charter to Shell Tankers N.V).
Scrapped 21/06/1978, Hong Kong.

Good looking ship for a tanker with streamlined wheelhouse and this carried along to the top and sides of the aft accomm block; also those wheelhouse windows are very large for a 1958 build. Think Shell started this trend about then? Nice photo - thanks!
