At Hobart's Kings Pier south in May 1971 loading fruit for UK and Europe. Swedish ship in the backgound. I hope this helps to correct the inbalance that Phil Saul noted on the 'Tongariro' photo.

Reckoned to be an unlucky ship when building. Name was spelt wrongly to begin with-WestMOREland but corrected. Then a gangway collapsed and it was just by good fortune no-one was on it and last but by no means least, her "maiden voyage" was a trip along the Port Glasgow waterfront during a severe gale.
