I suggest it is Corinthic or Athenic. In 1961 latter berthed end of Queens Street so do not think this is Auckland but no doubt a kiwi will put us right

Moana Roa and Pateke are alongside Kings Wharf Auckland, and the Shaw Saville vessel is either at Jellicoe or Bledisloe Wharf. The Moana Roa may have been "laid up', as it looks worse for wear,i seem to recall the hull being a slightly darker green, and more of a buff funnel??? Yes, still no definite I .D re the Union Coy vessel.Time to "call in the experts"!!!

Shaw Savill (please drop the e) ship is either Athenic or Corinthic, note the characteristic smoke from the British Polar generators.
