With the small "Inter Island" containers at the end of the wharf I would doubt the date of 1967.

I wondered if the freighter at the rear and partially obscured by the pylon is one of those Empire C or D types of Bank Line (Etivebank, Shielbank, Olivebank, etc.).

Definitely Victoria Harbour/Hong Kong. Freighters resemble Pakistani SURMA at left; British type OLIVEBANK middle; Hong Kong based SAN ANTONIO at right.

' San Antonio ' was a HK based vsl and was seen almost monthly in the harbour
in the mid 60's ( very often in drydock ) , I have almost forgotton her character but I believe she is the ' San Antonio ' as CVB says

The ex Olivenbank was also a HK based vsl but I cannot remember which one

At left was a Pakistani vsl may be ex ' Kurriemoor ' ?

Pic was taken from Ocean terminal ( west wing )
