She is loading crude oil at the Auk ELSBM, from Shell's Auk Platform, you can just see it in the background. The picture was probably taken from the little Bolkow helicopter that serviced the ELSBM.

Not 60s came on stream about 1975 or 76 I think nearby Hamilton Bros Argyll Field was first on stream in Northern North Sea. "Shetland Shore" later called "Shetland Service" was long time Auk Field standby boat and assisted tankers till sold last year.

You're correct, she produced "first oil" in Dec 1975 and the shuttle tankers were used until the Auk to Fulmar pipeline was completed in August 1986. From then on the tankers were only used when Fulmar was on shutdown.
