St.Andrew civil service No 10

i have a reference to this boat dated 15tH November 1959, it states that she turned over, engine stopped - landed in Cromarty.
Can anyone shed any light on this.

The Life-Boat states it was the 18th Nov and she was launched to a Dutch coaster Geziena Hederika of Delfzijl about 7:30pm. About 11pm, she was hit by very heavy breaking sea that put her on beam ends. One crewman was thrown overboard, but held onto a lifeline and was hauled back aboard. She was badly damaged and eventually made for Cromarty arriving 9.45am. She was repaired at Buckie and back on station 10th Dec.
