River Thames 1939

Below Tower Bridge, from about 7 mins in is what looks to be a Brocklebank vessel. She has the look of the 1936 Marwarri kindred.
Any ideas who she might be?

I should add that this link appeared on 'SeaThe Ships' . Posted by Benjidog.

It cannot be played outside the UK, what a pity but good to see Bengidog mentioned . I thought that he had gone down the tubes but there he is up the river,

Real nostalgia there - the jerkiness of the start of the film had me back on board again, watching Walport's latest on the ship's projector.

Grumble. Grumble! Does not work out side UK.

Never mind here is a good one on You Tube: Colour on the Thames (1935)

Beautiful colour too!

Lovely film, talk about "nostalgia". Thanks for posting Harry.

The brief view of the stern appears to have "C" in the name.
Suggest it is "Macharda"

Thanks, Tony. I could not make head nor tail of it. Perhaps Macharda and Marwarri were of the same class. Either way, she looks bonny.

Hi Harry, It looks like the Macharda

Thank you, Alan. You're probably correct.
It's great to see your post. I hope you are keeping well. I've a few creaks, but still game - though my mountain boots stay cleaner than they used to do.
