Hi Tom,
Did a "memorable" trip on Norscot in 1959, the ER engineering complement was boosted to eleven, we had 3 2/E's and and 2C/E's in that time

Captain G. Macintosh could not have been the master at that time in
1960, he was C/O on the Ormsary. His first command in Denholms was
the Clarkavon in 1961.

Yes you are correct, she was General Cargo Ship, bought whilst building in
Japan for Greek owners in the mid to late fifties.
