You are in the wrong section Aberdovey was not part of the RFA, it was operated by the RMAS. Your general colour scheme would be correct.

From recollection the R Class were to be based on Lloydsman but they were shortened at the design stage. So any model of a R class with the missing 30ft would reflect something that never existed....

This may not be true. Her last AIS was in Sept last year, but nothing since. However she is not listed in the list of shipping losses for 2013 or so far 2014 that is on wikipedia.
