The ship is a lost cause.

Cut the damn thing up. No one has any cash to do anything with it or even save part of it.

At best save the main gun, sea cats, bridge and other bits and pieces.

Somehow a solution needs to be found so all parties are happy. No one wants to see the ship scrapped either.
