Don Shearwood and Dave Sperring - Nobody from my era will ever forget them!
I did not have a home phone until I joined the Commodore as Chief in 1970 and consequently they would have to contact me by PO Telegram. My wife and young kids always knew I would be leaving as soon as they heard the motorbike approaching. I would then have to go to a phone box acroos the street to contact them for my instructions. Those guys had a hard job and managed to be always pleasant. Played darts against them in later years when I worked in HO but Teams I was on always got beat by them!!
