On the Verena late 69 early 70 there were stories of a major engineroom fire. The high speed coupling on the HP turbine exploded spraying lube oil over the E/R resulting in the fire. Does anyone have any info on this, like where, when and how? Our Chinese crew seemed to respect the ghosts on board.
Richard (Dick).
