Pension help

I wonder if someone could help me. I am a deferred BP Shipping co pensioner and having been out of the UK for a number of years have lost touch with the pension scheme. As such I haven't had any communications from them for some time. I am am shortly due to be eligible for my pension. Can someone point me in the right direction to update my details etc and get the ball rolling. This is all slightly exacerbated by my recent diagnosis of multiple myloma which necessitates getting my affairs in order. Many thanks in anticipation, Peter Cook.

Hi Peter,

Can't help with the pension.

I hadn't heard of multiple myeloma until a very old friend of mine was diagnosed with it after badly breaking his leg. Not very pleant and not very common so you have my best wishes.

I don't know if you would lke to get in touch with him, subject to his approval, to share experiences with someone else going through the same things.

Anyway very best wishes to you and I hope all goes well.
