Commodore J F Oakley

commodore J F Oakley, This may have been posted before, but is the first time i have read this. I sailed under J F Oakley in late 59-60 on the Stirling Castle, and from little contact i had with him, found him to be a fare man. He did not live to a ripe old age unfortunately, Gypcoll
