Trinity House records

Hello from an ex Clan Line ex T.H. Pilot in his eightieth year.
At present looking for the Trinity House records of the pilots licenced for the outport district of Woodbridge/River Deben. I thought that they were at The Guildhall Library but they say not. Any ideas ?

A very belated welcome aboard from northern England, Pathfinder.
I'm sure someone in the crew will be able to help.
Enjoy the rest of the trip.

I live in Woodbridge and have messed about in boats on the Deben all my life.

As you probably know the oldest boat on the Deben is the Woodbridge pilot skiff "TEDDY" (not a skiff in the Bristol Channel pilot's sense - she is a clinker built rowing boat) which was built in the 1830's.

The man most likely to know where the records are is Richard Woodman. Drop me a line by PM and I will see what I can find out.
