Bibby Line Ships/Service

Can any one tell me a little about the Bibby Line vessels listed below:-

Were they steam or diesel?

Where did they sail?

What sort of cargoes did they lift?

Also was the ENGLISH BRIDGE renamed KOWLOON BRIDGE the vessel that sunk off southern Ireland in the 1980's?

Many thnks in advance.

Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Wiltshire was a gas carrier. She carried about 10500 tons of Ammonia when I was with her, first in 1979 and again in 80.
She had a 4-cyl. Doxford opposed-piston engine as a prime mover.
We sailed from Cartagena,Spain to the Gulf of Mexico...Pajaritos,Mexico then Brownsville,Texas and Tampa,Florida. Went up the Mississippi to Jackson which cleaned the crap off the hull and coolers. Back to Alicante and Cartagena
Went to Iran a couple of times and back to Spain.
Second trip joined in UK, went to Spain, Marseilles, Tripoli, Spain, Odessa, back to bl**dy Spain. Drydocked for three weeks in Malta that trip, very nice.
The Wiltshire didn't have rats or roaches because of the constant smell of ammonia. I have a great photo of my wife sunbathing in a gas mask on that ship. Cleared the worst hangovers by walking once through the compressor room.
