NZSC Napier NZ

A picture of the old NZSC offices in Napier on the waterfront. Now a flash and expensive suburb.

Hi Ian , are you sure this picture that you took is in Napier? It is not the same as the one I have. The NZSCo office is now part of a flash pub called the thirsty whale, Ahuriri, Napier.

It looks like there are two different NZS buildings in Napier, the one I took is close by the Masonic Hotel on the Sea Front.
If I remember correctly, NZS had both a town office and a warehouse in many of the ports and I suspect that the one you have is the office for the warehouse and the one I took is the town office.

Hi Ian#5. Yes went into town yesterday and found it near Marine Parade. Though now an accountants office it has retained the crossed flags of NZSCo. This would be due, I suspect,to the advent of ART DECO week in February. It's a knockout of a show. Well worth a google. They get fifty six cruise liners in yearly I just read. Cheers.
