Smile Info on SS Beltinge

Looking for any pics or info on SS Beltinge of Constants, Swansea.

Dad arrived in Canada on this vessel on May 7 1954...

Any help greatly appreciated...

Afternoon BWA, Beltinge O.N. 169552 built 1951 by William Gray & Co, Ltd #1251 . If you type Steamship Beltinge into your browser her history, pictures and details will come up. She stayed with Constants until 1967 when sold and Renamed Takis

Thanks for the quick replies and links.

Unusual story on how Dad paid for his passage. He was a model engineer, and, built, model steam locomotives. Somehow, he knew, or, somebody that Dad knew, knew the ship owner. Anyway, however it happened, Dad traded a partially built model steam locomotive for his passage.

Myself, my mother, and, my two sisters came across later (October 1954) on the Empress of Scotland. North Atlantic in winter time. Pretty exciting passage.......
