Gunung Djati

Can anyone help, please?
"Gunung Djati" the ex troop ship bought by Blue Funnel for the Pilgrim run. Did she ever actually carry any pilgrims for them, and what was her ultimate fate when Blue Funnel disposed of her?

Gunung Djati, built in 1936 as Pretoria for Deutsche Ost Afrika Line and taken over in 1945 by MOD for trooping was renamed Empire Doon. After a couple more name changes she was sold to Holts, and refitted to carry 2000 pilgrims by Barclay Curle at Glasgow.
She did 3 years on the Indonesia -Mecca pilgrimage run, then was sold in 1962 to P T Maskapai Pelajaran of Djakarta for the same trade.
She was transferred to Pakistani owners in 1968 under the same name and in the same trade, until in 1980she was returned to Indonesia and became a naval accommodation ship named Kri Tanjung Pandan.
by 1984 she was still in service but no longer seagoing.
She was broken up in Taiwan in 1987.
