Hi. Does anyone know where I can find info/phot of the railways steamer GREAT WESTERN that was plying between Holyhead and Waterford in the 1950's? Thanks in advance. Jock.

Jock

I have taken the liberty of moving your posting to here, as the original location (amongst the Gas tankers) might have confused some and also missed the wider audience you may need to secure an answer.

I hope your get a result

Kind regards
Mark

Hello Jock ...
I believe she sailed from Fishguard.
Simplonpc doesn't have one, unfortunately

Harold Jordan's postcards are always a good place to start ...

Thanks gentlemen for your replies. Yes, she sailed from Fishguard. I got confused by having been a few minutes previously looking at a Holyhead sight and it stuck in my mind.
