Sorry for the delay. ;-)

OK, what part of it do you want?

I can't scan. It is the whole book (for the whole year), won't lay flat on a scanner, but I can take photos of each page.

I need the october 1951 , in particular the engine room plans of "WANDERER" and eny other elevation or section plan.
The best for me is to find the "WAYFARER" 1951 plans but i didn't find them, the "WANDERER" is the sister ship.

Stephen. A bit of envy on my part, I hav'nt the space a wonderful collection. I have a few Motor Ship publications earlest 1925. I note you have indicated there was none published during the war but I have three individual copies December 1941 January 1942 and February 1943.
Regards Bill.

I thought you might be after the plans of the WANDERER. I will do them later this evening. Unffortunately, because the way the issues are 'stitched' the plans some of the information is right on the crease. Anyhow, You will have it asap.

Definition of Bermuda.

"Bermuda is a mid Atlantic, mid latitude, sub-tropical, coral atoll with 60,000 alcoholics clinging to it."

Back in 1996 I met a fellow, Enrico Repetto. He was a former Ch Officer Italian Line. Retired. He had the whole collection of Motor Ship, Shipbuilder etc. A whole room full of them. His hobby? Well, he made his own books. Would pick up a ship and would find every scrap of technical information on it and would put it together in one volume. Then he would take say, elevation of a ship from The Motor Ship and he would make his own elevation... in huge format, 2 metre long, all hand drawn in ink and would include other information from other plans. Stunning. An evening at his house was great fun. Good wine and MiaPia was the great cook. After dinner the big books of plans came out.
