GSNC coasters in question

I am looking for information on the fate of the following three ships, all built for GNSC:
Heron built 1937, last reported as sold in 1959 and renamed Arden,
Redstart built 1946, sold 1967 as Kapta Mathios,
Swift, built 1930, last reported as sold in 1953 and renamed Silver Med.

Any suggestions?
