Wink Flavia

looking for anyone who travelled on the T/S Flavia from in 1967 travelling back to England. We were caught up in the Suez crisis and I think we crossed the equator 5 times. I was about 13 at the time. It would be great to hear from anyone.

Flavia

My dad, Giuseppe De Marzo, was master of the Flavia in that period; he took the command I think in 1965 or 1966, when Flavia was still owned by COGEDAR and followed the ship in her transfer to Costa Line.
Nevertheless, i don't remember any particular problem due to the Suez Crysis; but possibly my father was quite reticent about it not to worry us...
