Former RNLI lifeboats

Can anyone tell me what happened to the two former RNLI lifeboats that used to take pilots out from Southend pier to ships anchored off in the Thames Estuary? One was called "Thameserver" and the other was either "William Bradley" or "Robert Bradley", can't quite remember. They were certainly going till the late '60s at least. I had a friend who worked on them - I remember cadging a ride on the "Bradley" once when she took a pilot out, she rolled like a pig. As old lifeboats never seem to die I'd be interested to know where they are now.
