Hi gray-marian,
For full history of J & Harrison I highly recommend Malcolm Cooper's excellent book on this subject.Full company history with plenty of photos and details of all their ships.I bought my brand new copy through Abe Books UK on internet from an organisation called Better World Books.Total cost about 17.40 including postage etc..
