Unknown old coaster. Monroe?

Probably not too difficult - there's this old coaster on Woody-of-IOW's website:
It is listed as Matje but that is probably incorrect. It looks like a Monroe vessel according to the colours but appears to be registered in Hull. Looks like 5 lettered name *AT** - something like Katie.

Vessel is Monroe's MATJE (97802)278g 99n 140.8 x 24.3 x 9.8 feet Compound by De Winton & Co , Caernarvon. Completed 7.1890 by Wm. Thomas & Sons Ltd at their Amlwich yard (Yd.No.29) for Liverpool, Caernarvon & Menai Straits SS Co Ltd, Liverpool as PRINCE JA JA. When in ownership of Donald Gray & Co, Leith in 1902 she was renamed MATJE. Robert Monroe, Liverpool bought her in 1925 and she passed to Monroe Brothers Ltd, Liverpool in 1931. She was broken up at Dalmuir at the end of 1935.
The photograph is taken entering Preston with a Cook/Bulk Oil tanker discharging. John Clarkson holds the negative.
