Port ships official numbers

Hello.

Does anyone know where I can obtain the official numbers of the Port ships I sailed in.?

Port Nelson.
Port Alma.
Port Napier.
Port Sydney.

Ship ID`s and official numbers.

I used to have a poster in my cabin which read.
