I remember her, she was beautiful, and I saw her fairly recently in an episode of Absolutely Fabulous, and she was still beautiful

She was heavily involved with animal charities in later life I believe.
Lucky she couldn't read my mind with her "Special" senses

My brain must be in need of an overhaul, but I have no recollection of a show called the Champions. Can anyone provide a reminder?

The Champions was British TV at its very worst, rivalling even the Australian 'Prisoner cell block H' for sheer awfulness. It's one saving grace was Alexandra Bastedo.;
Here is the opening sequence featuring her and her two wooden companions.
