These two postcards are in my collection with the description BERLIN of Norddeutscher Lloyd. There are two candidates: the liner built in 1909 and the one built in 1925. I feel it must be the vessel of 1909.
The top image shows the 1st class dining room, the lower image the 1st class smokers lounge.

1978 scrapped in Spain.
Sistership: CUXHAVEN, NC 451.
Passing Fischerhütte, Northbound on the Kiel Canal´ on 01/09/2009. She is registered at Brunsbuttel so I assume she is engaged in cross canal ferrying. Any further details welcome.
