A few years ago, I had a commission to paint the CONSTANCE BOWATER from a lady in the Toronto area. This was one of the photo's that she posted to me! In keeping with the high moral standards of all you 'Ancient Mariners', I have edited some sensitive areas, and saved the original for myself!
The Constance Bowater unloading Norwegian pulp at Ellesmere Port for delivery to a Bowater paper mill. She was built in 58, and must here be a brand new ship. In 72 she was sold and renamed Kretan Spirit, in 85 she was scrapped.
For those interested; a paper model set of her is to bought on the net
