I remember, when I was a Ships Agent, the 'Esso Forth' arriving to load at Flotta with her foremast bent backwards. Whilst sailing from Flotta fully laden during the previous trip she had stuck her head under a huge lump of water in the Pentland Firth ! - circa 1986
