    I will probably be bombarded that I am wrong, but I think??? this is 'HMS Hampshire' being fitted out at either Swans or Vickers Navel yard on the Tyne. The picture was taken from Dad's tug 'Impetus' on our way upriver to Dunston Staiths. Might be early 60's but I have been to bed since then!.
