18/01/1981. Lauritzens 'Balkan Reefer' sails from Mount Manganui in the late afternoon sun. She had arrived from Guayaquil, Ecuador on January 4th. so spent 2 weeks in port . She is still going strong as the Greek owned, Latvian managed 'Baltic Sun'.
