  3. Mekhanik Tarasov, crewmembers

    On the 16. febr. 1982 she Soviet Cargoship 'Mekhanik Tarasov' had left Canada and was heading for Hamburg. Off Newfoundland it ran into a severe storm and sank. The Faeroese fishingship 'Sigurfari' with skipper Mikkjal Olsen of Klaksvík rescued these five sailors. 32 were never found.
