    Movie "Dreams of Gold: The Mel Fisher Story". Filmed in 1986 in St. Croix. USCGC Gallatin WHEC-721 scheduled to dock, but tug in photo was in the way. Tug wouldn't move after numerous attempts to communicate. Found out tug was unmanned and being operated by underwater tow lines
