Danish four masts barque VIKING in drydock at Antwerp. She was built 1907 at Copenhagen as training ship and also operated as cargo vessel. In 1929 she was sold to Gustaf Eriksen at Mariehamm (Finland).

I do not know the story behind this but there it is! A Viking longship moored behind a boatyard in Williamstown. No noticable increase in pillaging or long haired blondes wearing funny hats with horns.
