I am afraid not?
But hey as an apprentice engineer in the 60,s at college in the UK; Do you recall the doxford dance, some with hands on their head, bent knees, and standing going up and down to the words of 'Piss, bang fart', as 4 or 6 or your collegues joined in and made a twin engine dance, of you stood in a line, recreating the motion of the doxford opposed piston engine- A lot of hot air?? But a pleasant memory! Ejoy the song when the words come!!!!

Remember it well captain. Usually in the officers saloon down aft, after copious amounts of Amstel or Orangeboom. With the Chief Engineer walking alongside calling for speed changes with an imaginary telegraph. A couple of us were only Deck Apprentices so the Chief was always saying at the next port he was going to pull our head off and see what was wrong with the timing.

Talking about Doxford, when I was on the old MV Labiosa, she was always breaking down and on one trip Ardrossan to Curacao it took nearly 3 weeks and we were on rationed water before arrival. She could manage 10 kts in a smooth sea and a following wind, and at one stage we were overtaken by a schooner in the Azores. She was a bitumen carrier of course and docking in New York in January, we were the only vessel not to have any ice or snow on the main deck.

Not sure if I am on the right theme, but I recall the Doxford antics, sung to Macmam..... Band.
My name is Mr Doxford, I come from Sunderland, they say my diesel engines are the finest in the land, with the pistons bang and the cross heads clang and the fuel pipes blaze away, and those poor engineers work 24 hours a day.
Or something like that.

Just a song at twilight
When the tanks are low
And the fore and afters
Just begin to show....

Anyone know the rest?

OzBoz
Once in the dear dead days beyond recall,
When on the world the mists began to fall,
Out of the dreams that rose in happy throng
Low to our hearts Love sang an old sweet song;
And in the dusk where fell the firelight gleam,
Softly it wove itself into our dream.
Just a song a twilight, when the lights are low,
And the flick'ring shadows softly come and go,
Tho' the heart be weary, sad the day and long,
Still to us at twilight comes Love's old song,
Comes Love's old sweet song.
Even today we hear Love's song of yore,
Deep in our hearts it dwells forevermore.
Footsteps may falter, weary grow the way,
Still we can hear it at the close of day.
So till the end, when life's dim shadows fall,
Love will be found the sweetest song of all.
Just a song a twilight, when the lights are low,
And the flick'ring shadows softly come and go,
Tho' the heart be weary, sad the day and long,
Still to us at twilight comes Love's old song,
Comes Love's old sweet song.
