Every time that I phone TalkTalk, British Gas, Waterboard, E Bay or even the local council I get an Asian person dealing with my questions, it isn't so bad if they talk slowly to understand them but I am beginning to believe that we have no English person on these sites to attend to customers complaints etc---- one Asian operator was so bad when I asked her to speak to an English speaking person she said that she spoke English and put the phone down on me--anyone else had trouble understanding these operators or is it just me?(Cloud)
